Beth Booker
CEO & Founder
Beth Booker, named one of the Top 100 PR Pros in 2023 and a public perception expert, is a creative entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in public relations. She holds a Master's degree from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte earned from her research on public opinion and crisis communication, and has expertise in national public relations campaigns across multiple industries, from fashion to wellness, beauty to lifestyle, and healthcare to startups. As many of her clients, peers, and media relationships will tell you, her prowess, knowledge, and leadership from both her heart and her experience set her apart from your routine publicist. Every partnership she takes on produces results-oriented work that is intentional, clever, deliberate, and genuine.

To help her clients succeed, Beth works closely with various media contacts spanning traditional, digital, broadcast, podcast, and more. When Beth is not running the show at Gracie PR, launching national public relations campaigns, and coordinating interviews, she can be found chasing her two kids (9 and 6), cuddling her golden retriever (Dolly) and two kittens (Presley and Frankie), reading, hanging out on Twitter (she still calls it Twitter), practicing self-care through either skincare or her online shopping habit or doing some activity that requires a bathing suit and SPF.
Emma Mayer
Publicist
Emma Mayer, named one of the Top 100 PR Pros in 2023, is a publicist and former journalist and Culture Writer for Newsweek Magazine.
After graduating with her bachelor’s degrees in Communication and English in December of 2021, Emma began writing stories for Newsweek’s politics and national news sections before shifting to culture and entertainment. Her background in writing gave her a chance to interview celebrities and write features, and her experience has helped her understand publicity from a journalist’s perspective. She loves approaching her work with creativity and authenticity and believes building relationships is fundamental to PR.
When she isn’t working or pursuing her Master's degree at George Mason University, studying English Literature, Emma is traveling, writing, or reading (one summer, she read so much that she won a brand new PS4 at her local library, sold it for $400, and went to Barnes and Noble.) She also runs her book blog and Instagram, and she loves to give unsolicited book recommendations.
Ashley Donaldson
COO & Creative Director
Ashley Donaldson is the Chief of Operations and Creative Director for Gracie PR. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation, Ashley oversees all aspects of professional photography and videography, logo design, brand development, and website design and development services, ensuring that every project reflects our client's unique vision and objectives. Bringing a wealth of experience to her role, Ashley holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Louisiana State University, bolstering her portfolio of skills in strategic planning and execution. Additionally, her promotional marketing and sales background has equipped her with a deep understanding of client needs and market trends, enabling her to deliver impactful solutions that drive results.
In conjunction with her role at Gracie PR, Ashley is the CEO and Founder of Athena Business Strategy and Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in helping businesses optimize their operations and achieve their growth objectives. Through her leadership and expertise, Ashley has earned a reputation for excellence in both the creative and operational aspects of business management. She prides herself in bringing those qualities to her partnership with Gracie PR.
As the oldest of six kids, Ashley's operations and project mindset started early. When she's not designing brand collateral, developing websites, running operations for Gracie PR, or capturing photos and videos (which she does both professionally and personally), she can be found near the ocean, preferably on a boat, building a playlist, kicking around a soccer ball, or eating fresh seafood at a restaurant on the water and striking up a conversation with every stranger she meets.
