  • Hilliard Studio Method is a boutique fitness studio in Charlotte, NC, with global streaming capabilities and in-person classes. Founded in 2007, Hilliard Studio Method has grown to have a thriving community globally with its online streaming platform, live Zoom classes, and fully stocked wellness boutique out of its flagship studio.

  • Hilliard Studio Method brought us on for social media marketing, supporting their Facebook and Instagram to implement more storytelling and strategy into the feed of their social media channels. We worked with them for 1.5 years to establish a strong digital presence and expand their reach.

  • We curated a clean, fun, bold, colorful, and feminine feed. We utilized several content buckets to keep their followers and clients updated on new products in their lifestyle shop, classes, health tips, testimonials, trainer features, etc. We hosted giveaways on behalf of the brand, managed all in-house photography and videography, provided professional photoshoots quarterly, and managed all crisis communications for the COVID-19 pandemic.

GIRL TRIBE CO.

  • Girl Tribe Co. brought us on for social media for a short contract needing immediate support during an extreme growth period with their brick and mortar location, online store, and pop-up expansion.

  • We created a custom Adobe Lightroom preset and curated a feed that is fun, bold, colorful, and feminine. The goal was to keep their followers updated on all things including their new products and launches, charitable efforts, and more in a way that still told their brand story, kept their fun brand voice, and boosted sales. Additionally, we implemented hashtag and geotag strategies to grow their follower base and expand brand awareness

  • In less than 3 months we increased their follower growth by 3% growing them to 52.6k followers and garnering 1.6 million impressions, and 25k engagements. We also increased their engagement rate by 11% and increased their daily reach by 37%.

DERMATOLOGIST

  • A new dermatology practice brought us on for both Public Relations and Social Media Marketing services spanning close to two years amid the opening of its practice in Charlotte, NC.

  • In addition to establishing strategic community partnerships, we pitched local, regional, and national publications placing the brand at the forefront and positioning their doctor as an expert source to develop their brand, bring in new patients, make connections within their community and gain exposure. For their social media, we adhered to all HIPAA compliances. We curated a feed that was educational and inspiring while showcasing the personality of the team and the office and providing information on the services and treatments provided.

OPERA CAROLINA

  • Founded in 1948 by the Charlotte Music Club as The Charlotte Opera, Opera Carolina is the largest opera company in the Carolinas; annually serving more than 65,000 people in North Carolina, South Carolina and Northern Georgia; reaching an average of seventeen counties in the Carolinas each year through its Education & Community programs.

  • Opera Carolina has been around for over 70 years and we were brought on board during the 18/19 season to support their marketing department in an effort to make opera “cool” to the younger generation. We implemented several tactics through social media marketing, advertising, email marketing, and influencer marketing, including the full planning and execution of their media preview events for each Opera to create buzz and boost ticket sales.
